KZO Wellness Studio was founded by Torey Rothwell, BSN, RN after nearly two decades of clinical nursing experience caring for patients in high-demand healthcare environments. Through both professional experience and personal understanding, Torey recognized how often women prioritize everyone else's needs while postponing their own wellness.
KZO was built with intention from the very beginning. Even its name reflects what matters most to Torey—KZO represents the initials of her three children, Keegan, Zackary, and Olivia, serving as a daily reminder that compassion, family, and legacy are at the heart of everything she strives to build.
She created KZO to offer a more refined and supportive approach to wellness care—one that blends clinical expertise with discretion, convenience, and personalized attention designed to fit real life. Through thoughtfully curated concierge wellness experiences, her vision is to help women feel more restored, supported, and consistent in prioritizing themselves again.
